A Real Estate company is hiring for the profile of Executive Assistant to CMD.
Location: Gurgaon
Experience: 7-15 years
Key Responsibilities
1. Executive & Administrative Support
- Manage the CMD's calendar, meetings, and appointments.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including board meetings and investor discussions.
- Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions.
- Handle confidential correspondence, emails, and documents.
2. Communication & Coordination
- Act as a primary point of contact between the CMD and internal teams, clients, investors, and external stakeholders.
- Draft professional emails, presentations, and reports on behalf of the CMD.
- Coordinate with department heads (Sales, Projects, Finance, Legal, CRM).
3. Travel & Event Management
- Arrange domestic and international travel, itineraries, and accommodations.
- Plan and coordinate business meetings, events, and conferences.
4. Strategic & Business Support
- Conduct research and data compilation for business decisions.
- Track key projects, deadlines, and action items across departments.
- Assist in preparation of business presentations, MIS reports, and dashboards.
5. Document & File Management
- Maintain organized filing systems for contracts, agreements, and corporate records.
- Ensure confidentiality of sensitive company and leadership information.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
