Job Description

  • Manage the CMD's calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements efficiently.
  • Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and correspondence as required.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the CMD and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Organise and coordinate meetings, ensuring all materials are prepared in advance.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with utmost discretion and professionalism.
  • Monitor and prioritise incoming communication, including emails and calls.
  • Support the CMD in strategic planning by conducting research and analysis.
  • Ensure seamless coordination of administrative and operational tasks.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Executive Assistant to CMD should have:

  • A graduate degree in a relevant field.
  • Proven experience in providing executive-level administrative support.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
