Job Summary:
Provide high-level administrative and executive support to the CMD, managing schedules, communications and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage CMD's calendar, travel and meetings
- Handle correspondence, reports and confidential documents
- Coordinate meetings, board discussions and follow-ups
- Track key action items and initiatives
Requirements:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Management or related field
- 5+ years experience as EA to senior leadership
- Strong communication, organization and MS Office skills
- High level of discretion and professionalism
