High-ownership Founder's Office role with exposure to strategy, communication, operations, and brand.About the Company
We are a fast-growing agri-tech and drone technology company transforming Indian agriculture through drone services, AI-driven advisory, and rural entrepreneurship models. Our work spans technology, impact, and large-scale execution across multiple states, working closely with farmers, governments, investors, and ecosystem partners.
The CEO operates across business strategy, partnerships, fundraising, government engagement, and public visibility. We are looking for a highly capable Executive Assistant who can significantly increase the CEO's productivity by managing operations, communication, coordination, and professional brand execution.
This is not a traditional calendar-only EA role. This is a high-trust, high-responsibility position at the center of a scaling Founder's Office.Role Mission
To improve the CEO's effectiveness and output by at least 40% by taking ownership of scheduling, communication, follow-ups, coordination, and CEO-brand initiatives enabling the CEO to focus on decisions, strategy, and high-impact relationships.Key Responsibilities1. CEO Time and Energy Management
- Own and manage the CEO's calendar with priority-based decision-making
- Coordinate meetings, calls, and travel end-to-end
- Prepare briefs before key meetings (context, participants, objectives)
- Optimize daily and weekly schedules to reduce friction and overload
2. Communication and Follow-Ups
- Draft emails, messages, and responses in the CEO's voice
- Track important conversations and ensure timely follow-ups
- Manage inbound communication (email, LinkedIn, introductions) and route appropriately
- Maintain an organized system for tracking key relationships and opportunities
3. CEO Personal Brand and Visibility Support
- Support LinkedIn and professional social media presence by drafting posts from notes or voice inputs
- Coordinate speaking opportunities, panels, awards, and applications
- Assist with media interactions, features, and follow-ups
- Help convert the CEO's ideas, talks, and experiences into structured written content
4. Founder's Office Operations
- Turn the CEO's thoughts and directions into structured documents and action plans
- Follow up with internal teams on action items discussed in meetings
- Prepare summaries and trackers for ongoing initiatives
- Act as a coordination bridge between the CEO and cross-functional teams

- Reduction in CEO time spent on administrative and coordination tasks
- Timeliness and quality of communication and follow-ups
- Consistency and growth of the CEO's professional brand presence
- Meeting preparedness and execution flow
- Completion rate of action items driven from the Founder's Office
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 26 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Founder's Office Associate, Chief of Staff (junior), or similar high-responsibility coordination role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational ability with attention to detail
- Comfortable working with digital tools (Google Workspace, calendars, docs, LinkedIn, scheduling tools)
- High ownership mindset able to anticipate needs rather than wait for instructions
- Emotionally intelligent, discreet, and professional
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment with evolving priorities
Good to Have
- Experience supporting founders, CXOs, or senior leaders
- Interest in branding, storytelling, or media
- Experience coordinating events, speaking engagements, or public-facing initiatives
