Job description
The ideal candidate for this position will excel if they can keep their calm in a high pressure environment. The candidate should have some relevant experience to the role that highlights their capability to conduct all administrative work, making sure the CEO's operations run smoothly. Thus, the candidate should be detail oriented and a creative problem solver.
REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS:
Strong administration skills
Proficient in MS Office (Mastery of Excel & Word)
Ability to grasp new software & ERPs
Proven work experience as a Personal Assistant
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
MS Office and English proficiency
Outstanding organizational and time management skills
Up to date with latest office gadgets and applications
Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
Excellent verbal and written communications skills

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Calendar Management including LinkedIn Lead Management by responding & fixing up meetings for all Services and Products Business Prospects.
Be a part of 2 - 3 Team calls daily along with the project managers, where the tasks for the team are being discussed and decided. Grasp & Document Call to Actions.
Circulate minutes of the meetings specifically things that are defined by the CEO for the team and add the Action items on a calendar along with Deadlines.
Plan and schedule Business Management and new Lead Management activities based on emails, phone calls and any other expectations set by internal or external customers on a real-time basis.
Establish reminders & Follow ups, both verbal and online to ensure timely execution of all planned tasks to ensure Closure.
Travel and Itinerary Planning & Execution along with Change Management requests necessary during travel.
Participate in Trade Shows Domestic as well Global as Visitors or Showcasing the Company. This would demand international travel along with the CEO depending upon the business requirements.
The candidate should be open to travel and learn new languages and methods of doing Business supporting the CEO.
Management of local and international travel bills along with day to day expenses in coordination with the accounts team.
Manages a high-volume travel schedule.
Prepares meeting rooms for appointments, coordinates schedules, and greet customers and clients prior to meetings.
Keeps, prepares, and distributes minutes of meetings.
QUALIFICATION:
Bachelor's Degree (Technology Background preferred) with an MBA would be an ideal combination.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Min. 6 years. Candidates without the requisite experience will not be considered.
