The Company's Office is based at a co working space 91 Springboard, Bandra Kurla Complex, Mumbai. The Company has a average staff strength between 8 to 10 with most of them working for more then 2 years and a turnover range between Rs 5 cr to Rs 10 cr annually.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for an Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer. The role requires a proactive individual who can handle multiple tasks and contribute to the efficiency and success of the executive team. The role would involve Fixing Meetings with various stakeholders in the Industry- Bankers, Family Office, Debt VCs, and Corporates, providing executive and HR support, managing expense reports, and diary management. The Job might involve travelling in and out of Mumbai.

Qualifications (Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial for the role):

  • Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support skills
  • Experience in Expense Reports preparation and Diary Management
  • Administrative Assistance skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Prior experience in a similar role is beneficial
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Experience in the finance or startup industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree or HSC pass in Business Administration or related field is a plus
  • Ability to fix meetings through Linkedin or cold call.

Remuneration for the position ll be between INR 50000 to 1,00,000 per month depending upon the candidate's experience and skill set.
