About the Role
Akrati Jewels Inc. is looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to the CEO who can support daily operations, coordination, and administrative activities. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who wants exposure to business operations and leadership while learning directly from the CEO.
The position offers an opportunity to work across different functions such as operations, coordination, documentation, and basic HR support. Over time, the role may evolve into other departments based on performance and interest.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the CEO's daily schedule, meetings, and follow-ups
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for smooth communication
Maintain records, documents, and basic reports
Assist in hiring coordination (scheduling interviews, candidate communication)
Support operational tasks and ensure timely follow-ups on action points
Prepare simple presentations, documents, and summaries when required
Assist with data organization and internal documentation
Support the CEO with research and information gathering when needed
Help coordinate projects across departments
Ideal Candidate Profile
02 years of experience (fresh graduates can apply)
Strong organizational and communication skills
Comfortable with MS Excel, Google Sheets, and PowerPoint
Basic understanding of business operations or willingness to learn
Ability to handle multiple tasks and follow through on deadlines
Responsible, detail-oriented, and proactive
