  • Secretarial support to the Chairman
  • Work with one of the leading business houses in the country

Job Description

Key Deliverables of the Role. Drive office support to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

. Manage Correspondence:

o Manage Chairman's correspondence

o This includes mails and e-mails.

o Compose mails, letters and memoranda in response to queries

o Taking dictations and drafting of mails.

. Managing diary & meetings

o Coordinating and organizing meeting.

o Maintain Travel Tour Plan.

. Travel Management

o Handle travel management

o This includes booking International travel tickets, International hotel booking accommodation, preparing travel itinerary (international and domestic)

o Good understanding of Visa Formalities for countries like (Egypt, Bangladesh, Middle East, South East Asia etc.)

o Do travel, car and guesthouse bookings

o Should be able to manage emergency travel flight and train bookings

. Database Management

o Managing personal and official filing work.

o Maintain and organize data in a soft format for easy and fast retraction.

The Successful Applicant



Knowledge, Skills & Competencies­. Excellent Knowledge of Excel/Word/ Power-point

. Drafting of mails independently

. Effective planning and organizing skills

. Knowledge of travel, hotel & restaurant reservations

. Verbal and written Communication skills

. Ability to work in demanding conditions and remain calm

. Must be a multi-tasker, who can take on several personal tasks at a time

. Ability to effectively deliver in short turnaround times
