- Facilitate smooth communication across departments.
- Screen calls, emails, and requests; prioritize and escalate when necessary.
- Coordinate with senior leaders, board members, and partners as required.
- Project Management
- Assist in strategic projects and monitor progress.
- Conduct research, prepare briefs and data summaries to support decision-making.
- Follow up on delegated tasks to ensure timely execution.
- CEO Office Management
- Maintain professionalism and high levels of integrity in all interactions.
- Organize events, workshops, and offsite meetings for leadership teams.
- Support CEO in personal tasks when required (limited and within professional boundaries).
