Job Description

Executive Support

  • Manage and optimize the CEO's calendar, appointments, and travel schedules.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, conferences, and speaking engagements.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up action items.
  • Draft and review correspondence, reports, and presentations on behalf of the CEO.

  • Operational & Administrative Support
  • Act as the point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Handle confidential documents and ensure proper data security.
  • Manage expenses, invoices, reimbursements, and executive office operations.
  • Track deadlines, commitments, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Communication & Coordination
  • Facilitate smooth communication across departments.
  • Screen calls, emails, and requests; prioritize and escalate when necessary.
  • Coordinate with senior leaders, board members, and partners as required.
  • Project Management
  • Assist in strategic projects and monitor progress.
  • Conduct research, prepare briefs and data summaries to support decision-making.
  • Follow up on delegated tasks to ensure timely execution.
  • CEO Office Management
  • Maintain professionalism and high levels of integrity in all interactions.
  • Organize events, workshops, and offsite meetings for leadership teams.
  • Support CEO in personal tasks when required (limited and within professional boundaries).
