The quality of school education available to students from low-income communities across India is abysmal. Their chances of attending college or building a career are significantly lower than their high-income peers, condemning them to a life without voice or choice. iTeach was born in 2015 to challenge this status quo and create a level playing field for ALL children.

Responsibilities
Executive and Administrative Support (30%)
- Calendar & Schedule Management: Oversee the daily scheduling of appointments and coordination of meetings.
- Communication Management: Ensuring the CEO has the required research, materials, and information for meetings. Draft and manage the CEO's correspondence, maintaining confidentiality, Managing the preparation required for the social media at the org level in collaboration with the Communications Team.
- Document Preparation: Prepare agendas, briefing documents, and meeting notes, ensuring actionable follow-ups.
Project Coordination & Strategic Initiatives (40%)
- Special Projects: Assist the CEO in managing special projects, from strategy to execution. Track progress and coordinate deliverables.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Act as the communication bridge between the CEO and other departments, and follow up on the deliverables based on timelines.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, representing the CEO professionally.
Research & Analysis (20%)
- Data Gathering & Reporting: Conduct research and synthesize findings into concise data points supporting strategic decisions.
- Market and Policy Analysis: Stay updated on trends in education and social impact, providing insights that support organizational goals.
Finance & Administrative Alignment (10%)
- Expense and Reimbursement Coordination: Work closely with the Finance team to manage CEO-related expenses, ensuring timely reimbursements and clear financial reporting.
- Event Coordination: Align with the Finance team to facilitate and coordinate logistics for all events and meetings requiring the CEO's involvement, ensuring all administrative and financial details are in place for seamless execution.
Prerequisites
- Experience: 1-2 years supporting C-level executives, ideally in the non-profit or education sector.
- Education: Bachelor's in Business, Communication, or related field; an advanced degree is a plus.
- Skills: Proficient in Google Sheets, Calendars, and project management tools.
Compensation and Benefits: We take pride in offering competitive compensation and benefits commensurate with the candidate's education and work experience. The salary range for this position ranges from 5.1 - 6 LPA CTC, and we are dedicated to providing top-notch industry benefits.
