Description
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our CEO. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in an administrative role, providing high-level support and ensuring the smooth operation of the CEO's office.
Responsibilities
- Manage the CEO's schedule and appointments effectively.
- Prepare and organize documents for meetings and presentations.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights and accommodations.
- Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls, on behalf of the CEO.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for stakeholders.
- Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in all interactions and communications.
- Support various projects and initiatives as required by the CEO.
Skills and Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with project management tools and software is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
