Roles & Responsibilities:
Financial & Data Management
- Assist in tracking financial metrics, budgets, and key performance indicators.
- Prepare financial documents and summaries for reviews, meetings, and audits.
- Gather and analyse data for budgeting and forecasting purposes.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations for investor meetings, board meetings, and team briefings.
- Prepare MIS reports on monthly or regular basis.
Coordination in Operational Tasks
- Carry out operational management with different departments and properties and do decision making
- Collaborate with other dept. to track ongoing projects, especially those affecting finance and budgeting.
- Facilitate communication between the CBO and other teams, ensuring smooth coordination.
- Follow up on assigned action items with team members, provide updates on project milestones, timelines.
Administrative Support
- Manage and organize the CBO's calendar, schedule meetings, and prioritize tasks.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodation, and itineraries for CFO as required.
- Prepare & edit presentations, reports, documentation for internal, external meetings.
Strategic Support
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitor performance, and financial best practices to assist the CBO in strategic planning.
- Identify areas of improvement in processes and help develop strategies for financial efficiency.
- Draft emails, letters, and other correspondence on behalf of the CFO as necessary.
Stakeholder & Vendor Management
- Manage & coordinate communications with key stakeholders, including investors, partners, and auditors.
- Assist in negotiating with vendors, suppliers for services or materials, focusing on cost-effectiveness & quality.
General Support Duties
- Serve as the POC between the CBO's office and internal/external stakeholders.
- Ensure office supplies and finance-related resources are managed effectively.
- Participate in team meetings, taking notes and following up on action points as directed.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Master's/ Post Graduate degree in accounting, finance, economics or related field
- Ability to interpret and analyze financial statements and periodicals
- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Education: Master's degree in commerce/ economics

Salary: INR 45,000 + % incentives on deal closures
