Role Overview

We are looking for a highly organised, proactive and dynamic Executive Assistant to work closely with senior leadership and play a critical role in the smooth functioning of the leadership office.

This role is ideal for a go-getter who enjoys working in a high-pressure, high-visibility environment, is comfortable with frequent coordination and travel requirements, and thrives on being at the centre of fast-moving decisions and executions.

Key Responsibilities

Provide high-level executive and administrative support to senior l

eadership

Manage calendars, meetings, travel plans and complex schedules with precision

Coordinate internal and external communications with clients, partners and senior stakeholders

Handle professional correspondence, documentation and follow-ups across multiple projects

Prepare, track and manage expense reports and reimbursements

Support leadership during events, project reviews and operational coordination

Assist in day-to-day administrative operations to ensure seamless workflow

Act as a trusted point of coordination between leadership and cross-functional teams

Support planning, logistics and execution for business travel, meetings and events

What We're Looking For

Strong experience in Executive Assistance or senior administrativ

e support

Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with senior stakeholders and clients

Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment

High attention to detail, time management and professional discretion

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and related productivity tools

A proactive, solution-oriented and ownership-driven mindset

Willingness to travel and support on-ground operations when required

A positive attitude, adaptability and the ability to perform under tight timelines
