This is a position of trust, responsible for ensuring seamless management of both personal and professional commitments. The role serves as the single point of coordination for the Founder's time and logistics.
This role sits at the intersection of executive support and operations within a consulting setup, requiring strong coordination skills, discretion, and the ability to operate in a dynamic, high-intensity environment.

Key Responsibilities :
Time & Calendar Management
Manage and optimise the Founder's calendar.
Act as the single gatekeeper for scheduling and time allocation.
Evaluate meeting and engagement requests and prioritise based on importance and availability.
Ensure balance between professional commitments, personal time and travel.
Travel & Logistics Management
Plan and manage end-to-end professional and personal travel for the Founder, including flights, accommodation, and local logistics.
Coordinate with hotels, service providers, and support staff to ensure comfort and preferences are met.
Handle last-minute changes efficiently while maintaining continuity and discretion.
Coordinate preferences and special arrangements during travel or events.
Communication & Coordination
Serve as the primary point of contact for anyone seeking the Founder's time.
Manage communication, greetings, and relationship touchpoints when required.
Ensure timely coordination and follow-ups across all engagements.
Time Allocation & Prioritisation
Track ongoing commitments and upcoming requests.
Support decision making on prioritisation of engagements.
Protect the Founder's time by filtering low-priority or non-essential requests.
Requirements
25+ years of experience in executive assistance, or high-touch support roles in the hospitality industry.
Prior experience supporting founders, senior leaders, or high-profile individuals preferred.
Strong organisational and time-management skills with high attention to detail.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maturity.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Proficient in English and Hindi (spoken and written).
Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-responsibility environments.
Willingness to travel as required and adapt to dynamic schedules.
Hospitality exposure is a plus (hotel management, lifestyle management, or similar roles).
Diploma or degree from hospitality institutes (e.g., OCLD) is an added advantage.
Minimum 90% or 9.5 CGPA in Class 10
Strong academic track record preferred, reflecting discipline, consistency, and attention to detail
Working Style & Reporting
Reports to the Founder.
Open to travel, including short-notice travel when required.
Requires high levels of trust, discretion and reliability.
Flexibility in working hours is essential.
