About the role

We're building a modern Indian brand in the watch and jewellery space. This role works directly with the founder across strategy, product, operations, and brand - helping drive the company's most important initiatives from idea to execution. This role is ideal for someone who wants broad exposure, real responsibility and the chance to help build a company from the ground up.

What you'll do

• Work closely with the founder on high-priority projects across strategy, planning, operations, product and growth
• Own projects end-to-end - product launches, building internal systems, shaping brand presence, improving customer experience and solving day-to-day operational challenges
• Conduct market, consumer and competition research and turn insights into actionable decisions
• Manage external partners including agencies, vendors, manufacturers, and freelancers to ensure high-quality execution
• Help build the company's operating foundation, including processes, hiring, and internal systems.

Who we're looking for

• 1–5 years of experience in fast-paced and high-ownership environments - startups, consulting, consumer brands, agencies, family businesses, or similar
• Sharp and analytical thinker with strong communication and execution skills – able to simplify ambiguous problems, prioritize quickly and drive outcomes independently
• Strong interest in consumer brands, design, retail, watches, jewellery, or entrepreneurship.
