Roles and Responsibilities:
• You will be responsible for managing the employee life cycle from onboarding to offboarding.
Key Tasks
• Manage entire new hire orientation which includes pre joining checks and onboarding , induction process, maintain updated employee data files in their personal folders.
• Prepare internal MISs on monthly basis , ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Employee Onboarding Surveys: To coordinate and manage surveys for the organization to ensure that employee opinion is regularly maintained.
• Provide support to employees on HR related matters
• Maintenance of HRIS and HR records.
• Generate various employee letters.
• Assist in medical insurance/health insurance management
• Coordinate for training programs.
• Overview entire EXIT management process, coordinate for exit formalities, exit interviews, and maintain tracker for the same.
• Adherence to all statutory compliances, timely review with the existing consultant on the pending issues if any.Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
Skill sets:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Process Oriented
• Strong employee relations
• Strong understanding of HR Statutory Compliances
• Excellent in EXCEL
Qualifications:
• Graduate /MBA in Human Resources
