As an Executive Assistant, you'll work closely with senior leadership and become the backbone of day-to-day operations. This role is perfect for someone early in their career who wants hands-on exposure, fast learning, and real responsibility from day one.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Managing calendars, meetings, and schedules with precision
- Handling emails, follow-ups, and professional communication
- Acting as a bridge between leadership and teams, partners, and clients
- Preparing presentations, reports, briefs, and meeting notes
- Coordinating travel, events, and important timelines
- Tracking tasks, deadlines, and ongoing projects
- Handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Supporting leadership with ad-hoc tasks and strategic initiatives
You're a Great Fit If You:
- Have 01 year of experience as an Executive Assistant, intern, or in a similar support/coordination role
- Are highly organized and detail-oriented
- Communicate clearly and confidently (written & verbal)
- Can multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced environment
- Are comfortable using tools like Google Workspace, MS Office, and scheduling platforms
- Are proactive, dependable, and eager to learn
- Have exposure to media, marketing, startups, or digital companies (a plus, not a must)
