Job Summary

The Executive Assistant will provide administrative support with a primary focus on calendar management, travel coordination, and day-to-day scheduling to ensure smooth executive operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain executive calendars, meetings, and appointments
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel, including bookings and itineraries
  • Act as a coordination point between the executive and internal/external stakeholders
  • Schedule meetings, calls, and video conferences; ensure timely follow-ups
  • Handle emails, communication, and basic documentation support
