Coordinate end-to-end arrangements for guest lectures, academic events, and institutional programs.
Liaise with the travel desk for booking flight tickets for invited guests.
Coordinate with the CLM Department for guest accommodation arrangements.
Arrange transportation logistics with the transport department for guest arrivals and departures, organize hospitality arrangements including lunch/dinner for visiting guests.
Coordinate with ITKM and Communications departments for flyers, banners, and AV setup.
Maintain and record attendance of MBA and BBA students during guest lectures and events. Ensure smooth execution and operational support for all scheduled academic events.
Faculty & Visiting Faculty Support:
Process and submit faculty travel settlement claims to the Accounts Department after Dean's approval.
Coordinate travel, accommodation, and logistics for visiting faculty members.
Assist visiting faculty in course-related coordination
Prepare reimbursement documents and ensure timely submission for financial processing. Act as a coordination point between faculty, administration, and accounts teams.
Ph.D. Scholars Support:
Arrange Doctoral Committee (DC) meetings for Ph.D. scholars.
Prepare and submit DC reports to the Academic Office
Monitor and allocate seating arrangements for existing and newly admitted Ph.D. scholars. enquiry calls related to full-time and part-time Ph.D. programs
Handle Provide accurate information and guidance regarding Ph.D. admissions and program structure.
Administrative & Inter-Departmental Coordination
Coordinate non-academic administrative activities with VC Office, Registrar Office, HR Department, ITKM Department. Accounts Department, CLM Office. Purchase Department, Transport Department

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PPT
)Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
