Job Overview:
Sharda Associates is seeking a highly organised and professional Executive Assistant to the Founder's Office to provide administrative and coordination support to senior management in our firm. The role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain the calendar, appointments, and meeting schedules of the Founder/Partners
Coordinate with clients for document collection, follow-ups, and meeting arrangements
Draft and manage professional emails, correspondence, and internal communications on behalf of the Founder's Office
Maintain and organise important files, records, and compliance-related documents
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and official documentation for the Founder/management
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely task completion
Track important tasks, follow-ups, and deadlines for the Founder's Office
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive client and financial information
Provide administrative and operational support as required
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (BCom Preferred)
6 months 1 year of experience in an Executive Assistant, Administrative, or Coordination role
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Strong communication and organisational skills
Ability to multitask and manage priorities efficiently
Professional attitude with strong attention to detail
