Description
We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Executive Assistant to support our senior management team. The ideal candidate will have experience in providing comprehensive administrative support, managing schedules, and facilitating communication within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to executives and senior management.
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations.
- Handle correspondence, both electronic and physical, in a timely manner.
- Assist in project management and tracking progress of various initiatives.
- Maintain filing systems and ensure the integrity of the data.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for executives.
- Act as a point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in an administrative or executive assistant role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Familiarity with office management systems and procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
