The Worldwide Amazon Stores organization is looking for an Executive Assistant who wants to work in a fast-paced, exciting, and growing organization. We are looking for someone to support two Directors Reliability and Maintenance Engineering, INOPs - India

This Executive Assistant will be responsible for handling confidential information and maintaining professionalism in dealing with senior executives. Role responsibilities include managing multiple complex calendars, planning and organizing events of all sizes, and coordinating domestic and international travel. This candidate will help build a positive team environment and establish working relationships inside and outside of the group.

Key job responsibilities

This role supports two directors, currently in separate organizations. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Proactively coordinate and engage with leadership in planning activities, calendars and the organization of events (such as staff meeting agendas, all-hands meetings, team morale-building)
  • Track and help drive completion of key deliverables and follow up on pending items
  • Work within a group of high-performing, fun, and collaborative EAs around the world in WW IT Ops & RME
  • Manage space for BLR and other possible India locations
  • Complete and file expense reports
  • Manage travel planning
  • Act as a liaison for leader's direct reports
  • Organize team events within budget

Basic Qualifications

  • 3+ years of senior level leadership support, or 1+ years of Amazon experience
  • High school or equivalent diploma
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
  • Experience with executive level calendar management

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience prioritizing and handling multiple assignments at any given time while maintaining commitment to deadlines
  • Experience with domestic or international travel coordination
  • Experience with end-to-end project management
  • Experience handling confidential information and maintaining professionalism in dealing with senior executives
