Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Executive Assistant. The ideal candidate will have strong multitasking skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a knack for handling administrative tasks efficiently. The role involves acting as a primary point of contact, managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and ensuring smooth communication across various levels of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Calendar and Schedule Management:
- Organize and maintain the CEO's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel plans.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, ensuring proper preparation and timely communication.
- Mail Communication:
- Manage the CEO's email inbox; respond to emails on behalf of the CEO when required.
- Draft, review, and format emails, reports, and other correspondence with a professional and clear tone.
- Ensure timely and accurate communication with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Administrative Support:
- Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports for meetings.
- Handle confidential information with utmost discretion.
- Assist in organizing company events, conferences, and special projects as assigned.
- Travel and Logistics:
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flight bookings, hotel accommodations, and transportation.
- Prepare detailed travel itineraries and handle changes promptly.
- Stakeholder Coordination:
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and other departments, ensuring smooth communication and follow-up on tasks.
- Manage and track key projects and initiatives, providing updates to the CEO regularly.
- Office Management:
- Maintain an efficient filing system for documents and records.
- Monitor and reorder office supplies as needed.

- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
- Fresher /Candidate having Admin Experience With Excellent written and Verbal communication skills can also apply
- Prior experience in supporting C-level executives is preferred.
