Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Personal Secretary to support our company in a dynamic, fast-paced environment based in Chennai.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and organize materials for vendor meetings, including agendas, presentations, reports, and briefing documents.

- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including bookings, itineraries, visas, and logistics.

- Manage the calendar, schedule appointments, and handle correspondence discreetly.

- Accompany the meetings, events, and travel as needed, representing the company professionally.

- Engage in business dinners, networking events, or client interactions when required.

- Handle confidential information with utmost discretion and perform ad-hoc administrative tasks.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field; prior experience as a secretary or executive assistant preferred.

- Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil; proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.

- Proven ability to multitask, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Willingness to travel frequently (up to 30-40%) and adapt to flexible hours.
