The Role
We need someone who becomes the founder's right handhandling operations so the founder can focus on client relationships and business growth.
You'll manage three key areas:
1. Daily Operations
- Manage founder's calendar and priorities
- Handle client communication (updates, scheduling, follow-ups)
- Track commitments and ensure nothing falls through the cracks
- Prepare for meetings and document key decisions
2. Information & Knowledge Management
- Capture and organize information from meetings and conversations
- Maintain documentation that makes information easy to find and use
- Create briefing notes and summaries for decision-making
- Keep all stakeholder communication organized
3. Process & Organization
- Set up and maintain CRM for client management
- Create simple, repeatable processes (proposals, onboarding, project tracking)
- Build filing systems for business documents
- Handle office administration and routine tasks
What You Need
- 3-6 years experience in operations, admin, or executive assistance
- Strong communication skills (English, Hindi, Gujarati)
- Comfortable with technology (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.)
- Self-starter who sees what needs doing and does it
- Ahmedabad-based or willing to relocate
