About the Role

We are looking for an Executive Assistant, Operations based in Singapore to support our leadership and regional operations team. This role is ideal for someone highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing a wide range of administrative, executive support, and operational tasks. You will support day-to-day coordination across documentation, travel, expenses, vendors, HR administration, and internal workflows.

This is not a traditional HR generalist role. While you will support people-related administration, the core of the role is executive support, office coordination, operational follow-through, and keeping the business running smoothly. What You'll Do

  • Experience with administrative assistance and office operations, with attention to detail and organisation.
  • Maintain employee records, contracts, letters, and HR documentation.
  • Coordinate payroll inputs, leave records, staff changes, and benefits information.
  • Prepare employment letters, certificates, and HR-related correspondence.
  • Proficiency in preparing and managing expense reports and basic financial tracking.
  • Support travel bookings, accommodation, logistics, and itineraries.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficient in productivity tools (e.g. Google Workspace) and comfortable with learning new systems.

What We're Looking For

  • Proactive, resourceful, and able to prioritise multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • 1–3 years of experience in an executive assistant, administrative assistant, office administration, operations support, or HR administration role.
  • Prior experience in a startup, family office, esports, fast-moving business environment would be helpful.
  • Comfortbale working with teams across different locations and time zones.
  • Diploma or degree in Business, Administration, or a related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
