About the Role
We are looking for an Executive Assistant, Operations based in Singapore to support our leadership and regional operations team. This role is ideal for someone highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing a wide range of administrative, executive support, and operational tasks. You will support day-to-day coordination across documentation, travel, expenses, vendors, HR administration, and internal workflows.
This is not a traditional HR generalist role. While you will support people-related administration, the core of the role is executive support, office coordination, operational follow-through, and keeping the business running smoothly. Apply if you enjoy bringing order to moving pieces, anticipating needs, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.
