Title: This role can be considered as Accountability Manager / Executive Assistant Operations/ EA- Founders Office.

Role Description
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and execution-driven EA to the founder's office, to work closely with the founders to ensure smooth functioning of day-to-day operations across the organization.
This role extends beyond traditional administrative support. It requires a strategic thinker who can drive alignment, ensure follow-through on key initiatives, and bring strong accountability across teams. The individual will act as a central coordination hub between leadership and departments, ensuring that priorities are executed effectively and on time.
