Title: This role can be considered as Accountability Manager / Executive Assistant Operations/ EA- Founders Office.

Work Location and Mode: Gurgaon (Sector 18) / Work from Office / 5 Days a week

Reporting to - Founders

Role Description

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and execution-driven EA to the founder's office, to work closely with the founders to ensure smooth functioning of day-to-day operations across the organization.

This role extends beyond traditional administrative support. It requires a strategic thinker who can drive alignment, ensure follow-through on key initiatives, and bring strong accountability across teams. The individual will act as a central coordination hub between leadership and departments, ensuring that priorities are executed effectively and on time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a bridge between leadership and teams to drive alignment and execution
  • Track key initiatives, action items, and organizational priorities
  • Ensure teams follow defined processes and operating frameworks
  • Drive accountability by monitoring ownership, timelines, and deliverables
  • Follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely updates and closure of tasks
  • Convert leadership discussions into clear action points and track progress
  • Identify delays or bottlenecks and proactively escalate
  • Maintain trackers, dashboards, and status reports for leadership visibility
  • Ensure timely and accurate communication across teams

Preferred Experience

  • 5-8 years of experience in roles such as Executive Assistant, Chief of Staff, Operations, or Talent Management
  • Prior experience supporting senior leadership, founders, or CXOs
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana, ClickUp, Monday.com, or Notion
  • Experience in fast-paced environments, startups, or agencies preferred
