Purpose of the Role
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and dynamic
Executive Assistant to support the Director & CEO in managing daily operations, strategic priorities, and confidential tasks. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted partner, ensuring seamless coordination, effective communication, and efficient time management for leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support to the Director & CEO
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments across multiple locations
- Handle travel arrangements including flights, accommodation, and itineraries
- Prepare reports, presentations, MIS, and meeting minutes
- Act as a point of contact between the Director/CEO and internal/external stakeholders
- Screen calls, emails, and correspondence with discretion and professionalism
- Coordinate with different departments to track progress on key initiatives
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business information
- Assist in planning and executing meetings, events, and leadership reviews
- Handle personal tasks for the Director/CEO as required

- Prior experience supporting senior leadership (Director/CEO level preferred)
