Reports To: Chief Executive Officer

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly professional, proactive, and discreet Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative, operational, and limited personal support to the CEO. This role demands exceptional organizational ability, strong business judgment, confidentiality, and the capability to manage executive responsibilities along with professional driving duties.

The ideal candidate will act as a trusted partner to the CEO, ensuring seamless coordination of professional commitments while also assisting with select personal matters to optimize the CEO's time and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

Executive & Strategic Support

Manage the CEO's complex calendar, appointments, and high-level meetings

Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, itineraries, and logistics

Prepare presentations, reports, briefs, and executive correspondence

Act as liaison between the CEO and senior leadership, clients, investors, and partners

Track action points and ensure timely follow-ups

Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive corporate information

Administrative & Operational Management

Oversee smooth day-to-day functioning of the CEO's office

Screen calls, emails, and visitors with professionalism

Organize board meetings, leadership discussions, and corporate engagements

Maintain structured documentation and filing systems

Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and stakeholders

Personal Assistance Responsibilities

Assist with personal scheduling and appointments (medical, family, travel, etc.)

Manage personal travel bookings and reservations when required

Handle confidential personal documentation and correspondence

Coordinate household-related service providers if needed

Support in special assignments or personal projects as directed by the CEO

(Note: Personal responsibilities will remain professional in scope and aligned with business ethics.)

Driving & Mobility Responsibilities

Safely and professionally drive the CEO to meetings, corporate events, airport transfers, and official engagements

Maintain vehicle cleanliness, servicing, and compliance documentation

Demonstrate discretion and professional conduct during all travel

Be flexible with working hours based on the CEO's schedule

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field

25+ years of experience supporting C-level executives

Valid driving license with a clean driving record

Strong proficiency in MS Office and scheduling tools

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism
