Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, and maintain the CEO's calendar schedule meetings, calls, and follow-ups.
  • Track daily tasks and ensure reminders are sent on time.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, including prep material and follow-ups.
  • Book and manage travel: flights, hotels, local transport, and travel itineraries.
  • Handle expense tracking and vendor coordination related to travel and logistics.
  • Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information.
  • Draft quick communications and assist with documentation or light correspondence.

Location: Lower Parel-Mumbai

We are looking for a dynamic lady and proactive Executive Assistant to support our CEO. The ideal candidate should be smart, presentable, and highly organized, with strong capabilities in meeting coordination, scheduling, and executive support.

The candidate should have a strong academic background with distinction, demonstrate a proactive mindset, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to anticipate and manage the CEO's requirements effectively.

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred in Commerce, Economics, or Communications.
  • Candidates from travel, hospitality, or office management backgrounds are highly suitable.
