The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support to senior executives by managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and facilitating communication within and outside the organization. This role requires strong organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain executives calendars, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Coordinate and organize meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Serve as a point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Assist with special projects and research as needed.
- Manage expense reports and track budgets for executives.
- Ensure timely communication and follow-up on requests and inquiries.
- Perform other administrative tasks to support executives and enhance office efficiency
