Key Responsibilities
Employee Onboarding
- Manage the complete joining formalities for employees and trainees, ensuring proper documentation and smooth onboarding.
Recruitment & Selection
- Handle end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and issuing offer letters.
Training Coordination
- Plan, communicate, and coordinate training schedules for employees and trainees, ensuring timely execution and tracking.
Confirmation & Probation Processing
- Review and process trainee-to-employee confirmations and probation completion formalities in a timely manner.
Performance Management Support
- Participate in the performance management cycle, including coordination and processing of employee performance appraisals.
Policy Management
- Implement HR policies effectively and assist in framing new policies or updating existing ones as needed.
Employee Relations
- Address employee grievances and support in handling behavioral, performance, and disciplinary issues.
Exit Management
- Manage employee exit processes, including clearance, documentation, and final settlements.
MIS & Reporting
- Generate and maintain regular HR MIS reports based on organizational requirements.
