Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Executive Assistant. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for offering administrative support to senior management, managing expense reports, and coordinating calendars. The role will also include preparing correspondence, handling communication on behalf of executives, and ensuring the efficient operation of daily administrative functions.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance tasks
  • Experience in managing Expense Reports and providing high-level Executive Support
  • Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal, with attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and remotely while maintaining a high degree of professionalism
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in office software tools, including Microsoft Office Suite or similar
  • Previous experience in supporting senior-level executives is a plus
