We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support our executive team in daily operations and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage the executive's calendar, including scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and reports for meetings.
- Handle communication, including emails and phone calls, on behalf of the executive.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for business trips.
- Assist in project management by tracking deadlines and deliverables.
- Act as the point of contact between executives and internal/external clients.
- Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in all interactions.
Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar administrative role (3-5 years).
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
