Role Overview
We are hiring a smart, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support Director in daily operations, coordination, and strategic execution.
If you are someone who is highly organized, a strong communicator, and a go-getter, this role will put you at the center of business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, scheduling, and appointments efficiently
- Coordinate internal & external meetings, client interactions, and travel arrangements
- Prepare MIS reports, presentations, business documents, and data summaries
- Handle emails, calls, and professional correspondence on behalf of executives
- Maintain confidential records, files, and company documentation
- Track expenses, reports, and administrative processes
- Assist in project coordination, task follow-ups, and cross-team communication
- Organize meetings, prepare agendas & MOM (Minutes of Meeting)
- Provide end-to-end executive support and operational assistance
Requirements
- 1 year of experience as Executive Assistant
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience with calendar management, scheduling, and coordination
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- A self-driven, proactive Go-Getter attitude
- Ahmedabad Based Preferred
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
- Prior experience in executive support / administrative roles is a plus
