About the Role
We're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our Founder's Office as a
Social & Admin Ops Assistant. You'll work closely with the founder and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations especially around our digital presence and internal coordination.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, is social media savvy, and enjoys taking ownership of recurring operational tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Operations
- Schedule and publish content across our social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)
- Coordinate with the design team to ensure timely asset deliver .
- Post welcome messages for new employees, birthday wishes, and key internal milestones on LinkedIn
- Maintain a monthly content calendar for visibility and tracking
Administrative Tasks
- Download and organize all weekly and monthly invoices from vendor portals and mai
- l Keep shared folders tidy and up-to-date
- Assist with filing and data entry as neede
