Executive Assistant
Job Summary-
As the Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will play a critical role in managing executive schedules,
coordinating key business activities, and ensuring the smooth functioning of administrative
operations. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, discretion, and
the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities-
• Manage and coordinate the CEO's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
• Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, reports, and supporting materials.
• Attend meetings, record minutes, and track follow-up actions.
• Conduct research and gather information to support business decisions.
• Support special projects and strategic initiatives led by the CEO.
• Oversee day-to-day office administrative activities.
• Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Qualifications & Skills-
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
• 5+ years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role
supporting senior executives.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism.
