Role Overview:
The Executive Assistant will provide high‑level administrative and operational support to senior leadership. This role requires excellent organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while ensuring smooth communication and coordination across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
-Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
-Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for leadership.
-Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
-Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
-Track action items, deadlines, and ensure timely follow‑ups.
-Support leadership in strategic initiatives, project coordination, and communication.
-Organize company events, board meetings, and client interactions as required.
Key Skills & Competencies:
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities.
-Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools (Teams, Zoom, Slack).
-Ability to draft professional correspondence and business documents.
-Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
-Discretion in handling sensitive information.
Qualifications
-Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
-2–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
-Experience in IT/software or product development companies preferred.
