Executive Support
- Manage and optimize the Chairman's calendar, including meetings, reviews, and strategic engagements
- Prepare agendas, presentations, briefing notes, and reports for internal and external meetings
- Draft and manage high-level correspondence, emails, and official communication on behalf of the Chairman
- Screen, prioritize, and respond to incoming communications with sound judgment
Strategic & Operational Coordination
- Track progress on key strategic initiatives and follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely execution
- Assist in planning and coordinating leadership meetings, board reviews, and strategy sessions
Stakeholder Management
- Act as a key point of contact between the Chairman's office and internal teams, leadership, and external partners
- Ensure seamless communication and alignment across departments
- Coordinate with senior leadership for updates, reports, and action items
Confidentiality & Governance
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of integrity and discretion
- Maintain organized records, documentation, and filing systems
- Support preparation of board notes, governance documents, and institutional reports
Travel & Office Management
- Plan and coordinate domestic and international travel, itineraries, and logistics
- Manage events, meetings, and visits hosted by the Chairman's office
- Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the Chairman's office
Key Skills & Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in executive support or similar roles
- Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in MS Office and presentation tools
