Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Executive Assistant located in Guwahati. The Executive Assistant will support senior executives by managing calendars, scheduling appointments, preparing expense reports, and organizing travel arrangements. The role requires maintaining effective communication with various stakeholders, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring the seamless operation of daily activities. Additional tasks may include preparing meeting agendas, taking minutes, and assisting executives with ad-hoc responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance and effective Executive Support
- Proficiency in managing and preparing Expense Reports
- Strong Communication skills for internal and external correspondence
- Expertise in Administrative Assistance functions
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in office software tools such as Microsoft Office Suite or equivalent
- Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
