Core Objective: To act as the strategic right hand to Dr. Sumit Kapadia. This role is the central gear connecting three complex worlds: High-Volume Clinical Practice, Hospital Chairmanship, and a Scaling Digital Media Brand.
Your goal is to ensure logistical flow, maximum efficiency, and work-life balance for the Chairman.

Key Responsibilities
This role is a hybrid of Hospital Administration, Personal Assistance, and Brand Coordination.
1. Clinical & Calendar Management:
- Master Scheduling: Flawlessly integrate my OPD, OT slots, rounds, online appointments, OT bookings, and academic commitments into one master calendar (Google Calendar)..
- Patient Liaison: Handle non-clinical VIP coordination or complex logistical queries for patients to save your time. (and coordinate with Aadicura's Vascular Department)
2. Chairman's Office Administration
- Data & Reporting: Collate weekly reports on hospital efficiency, occupancy, and business metrics for my review before board meetings.
- Project Tracking: Track the status of hospital improvement initiatives (e.g., branding initiatives, business development tracking, ACT Talks, work culture projects) and follow up with department heads on my behalf. (Use of Task Management Software like Asana will be essential)
- Correspondence: Draft emails and internal memos regarding hospital policy or announcements. (includes agenda preparation and action-oriented minutes of meetings)
3. Social Media & Brand Coordination
- Content Calendar: Maintain the schedules for topics, shoots, and posting.
- Coordination: Liaise with the entire content writing team, the Video creation agency, social media marketing managers, the customer connect team, the SEO agency & paid marketing agency to ensure timely production and analyse results and growth.
- Community Management: Update of events and interactions on stories/posts.
- Brand Collaborations: Set up, interact with, and confirm brand requirements and guidelines for collaborations.
- Masterclass and Membership Management: Oversee the preparation, promotion, and delivery of masterclasses and live sessions for YouTube Members
