Role Description

Lars Medicare is looking for a high-energy, intellectually curious, and strategically minded Executive Assistant to work directly with our Director.

This is not a traditional administrative role. You will be a force multiplier, acting as the Director's 'right hand' to ensure strategic priorities are executed, cross-departmental projects are on track, and the Director’s office operates with peak efficiency.


Location: Sonipat, Haryana (6 days a week)

Reports To: Director

Experience: 4-5 Years (Ideal for MBAs or Management Consultants)


Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Proxy & Thought Partner

  • Act as a sounding board for the Director on new business ideas, market expansions, and operational hurdles.
  • Prepare high-level briefing materials, data-driven reports, and presentations for board meetings and coordinate meetings.

2. Operational Execution & Project Management

  • Drive 'special projects' that don't yet have a home in a specific department..
  • Identify bottlenecks across departments (Production, Sales, HR) and propose solutions.

3. Communication & Liaison

  • Manage the flow of information to and from the Director’s office, ensuring clarity and strict confidentiality.
  • Represent the Director in meetings when necessary, capturing key outcomes and ensuring follow-through.

4. Executive Office Optimization

  • Ensure the Director is fully prepared for every meeting with research and relevant data points.
  • Manage high-priority scheduling and travel, ensuring the Director’s time is focused on the highest-value tasks.


Who you are

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering; MBA from a Tier 2 institute is strongly preferred.
  • Experience: 3–5 years in a strategic role, management consulting, or an executive support function.
  • The 'Swiss Army Knife' Mindset: You are comfortable jumping from a financial spreadsheet to a production update to a marketing pitch in the same hour.
  • Discretion: You handle sensitive company information with the highest level of integrity.
  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
