We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the CEO of our logistics company. The ideal candidate will have experience in an executive support role and possess the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the CEO's schedule, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations for the CEO.
  • Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and execute projects as directed by the CEO.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Organize and maintain the office filing system, both physical and digital.
  • Assist in planning and organizing company events and meetings.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 3-8 years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with logistics and supply chain management principles is a plus.
