Global R2R Delivery Lead


Your role and responsibilities (Mandatory)

In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide general administrative services at the business level. Each day, you will perform general administrative activities. You will also showcase your expertise by providing backup support to the team in case of workload.

The work model for the role is: hybrid

This role is contributing to the Finance Accounting Operations (FAO) in Bangalore.

You will be mainly accountable for:
  • Performs complex administrative tasks and takes ownership of delivering specific business processes/programs.
  • Assists a business/business manager(s) in all business-relevant administration tasks, such as conducting research, compiling, verifying the information, and creating special reports, presentations, organization charts, correspondence, and other relevant documents.
  • Responsible for different communication tasks within their own area of responsibility, ensuring sharing of knowledge and information to keep others informed and up to date.
  • Implements ABB processes and initiates continuous improvement of administrative processes and procedures to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Acts as the point of contact for internal/external inquiries via phone and email, assesses the urgency of issues, and initiates appropriate action.
  • Arranges business-critical internal/external events, including arranging travel, developing itineraries, booking accommodation, registering for conferences, and coordinating with visiting speakers, among other tasks.
  • Manage calendars and schedule meetings for three senior executives in FAO, coordinating across multiple time zones and priorities
  • Prepare executive briefing materials, presentations, and reports with accuracy and professionalism
  • Serve as primary point of contact for executives, stakeholders, and external parties screen calls and manage inquiries
  • Coordinate business travel arrangements including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business information and executive communications
  • Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and special events
  • Maintain detailed records and filing systems for easy information retrieval

Qualifications for the role (Mandatory)
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience (5+ years as executive assistant)
  • Expert-level proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word)
  • Proven experience managing multiple executive calendars and complex schedules
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to prioritize and manage competing demands in a fast-paced environment
  • Discretion and demonstrated ability to handle confidential information
  • Proactive problem-solving and decision-making skills

Desired Skills & Competencies

  • Experience in matrix management and cross-functional coordination
  • Familiarity with project management tools and CRM systems
  • Knowledge of ABB business or manufacturing industry
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good in strategic planning, multi-tasking and execution
