Job Description

Role Objective: To coordinate and perform management secretarial work, is also responsible for Database Management & MIS and any other Job/Project/Assignment given by the Management.

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

Under the guidance of the Founder Director help drive and incorporate successful result oriented strategic initiatives.

Work within the framework of DSP corporate plan as directed by the Founder Director to

develop operational strategies and generate new business, being the key point of contact

for international and domestic clients.

Support the Founder Director in the preparation and presentation of reports, proposals,

budgets and related activities in servicing and developing contracts and relationships with

stakeholders both internal and external, clients, and others as deemed necessary.

Support the Founder Director in the preparation of all documentation required for key

decision making.

Accurately recording minutes from meetings.

Ensure necessary records are maintained that can readily provide current, accurate and

accessible information

Market research, Data Analysis, and Data Profiling relevant to business

expansion/generation. Research and conduct data analysis to prepare documents for

review and presentation by directors.

Manage team members, lead and assist meetings, and supervise when needed.

SKILLS:

Fluent communication, both written and verbal English.

Sharp, confident.

Ability to think out of the box, lateral thinking

Teamwork and developing consensus

Business correspondence

Time management

Computer software skills requisite for profile
