Role Overview
We are looking for a well-spoken, organised Executive & Process Coordinator to support the Managing Director and ensure thesmooth coordination of all internal business processes. This role is ideal for freshers who want hands-on exposure to executive operations, especially in the jewellery industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle emails, calls, and communication on behalf of the MD.
- Manage calendars, meetings, travel, and daily coordination.
- Coordinate between Sales, CRM, Operations, Accounts, and Vendors.
- Track tasks and ensure all processes are completed on time.
- Assist in client communication and documentation.
- Maintain records, data, and confidential files.
Skills & Requirements
- Good English communication (spoken & written).
- Organized, detail-oriented, and professional.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Interest in the jewellery industry is a plus.
