Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Executive Assistant role based in Delhi, OH. The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative and executive support, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel and logistics. The role includes preparing and tracking expense reports, organizing documentation, and maintaining accurate records for internal and external stakeholders. The Executive Assistant will draft correspondence, prepare presentations, and support communication between leadership, clients, and internal teams. Daily responsibilities also involve handling phone calls and emails, arranging meetings and events, managing office-related tasks, and ensuring smooth, efficient support to senior executives.

Qualifications

  • Relevant education such as a bachelor's degree in business, administration, management, commerce or a related field is preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or Office Coordinator. Experience supporting senior executives is preferred.
  • Candidates should possess strong Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support skills, including calendar management and coordination of meetings and travel.
  • Candidates should possess experience with technical and basic documentation, ensuring accuracy and timely submissions.
  • Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for drafting emails, preparing presentations, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Candidates should possess solid Administrative Assistance capabilities, including document management, data entry, and office coordination.
  • Proficiency with productivity tools (e.g., MS Office, Google Workspace) and comfort working with digital collaboration platforms.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional demeanor, confidentiality, and discretion when handling sensitive information.
  • Relevant education such as a bachelor's degree or diploma in business, administration, or a related field is preferred; prior experience supporting senior leaders in financial services or consulting is an advantage.
