Job Overview
The Personal Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Sales Head, enhancing productivity and enabling focus on core business activities. This role requires proactive multitasking ability, confidentiality, and excellent communication skills to facilitate smooth sales and presales operations, alongside marketing and customer success coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate the Sales Head's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and internal/external calls.
Organize cross-functional meetings and maintain timely reminders for key action items, deadlines, and priorities.
Screen and handle emails, calls, and other correspondence, ensuring high-importance requests are highlighted and responded to promptly.
Support the preparation of reports, sales presentations, proposals, and client communications.
Maintain and update sales and presales documentation, Google Sheets, and workflow trackers for ongoing projects.
Assist with research for industry trends, prospective clients, and competitor analysis on behalf of the Sales Head and sales/pre-sales team.
Coordinate travel arrangements, event planning, or logistics for sales, marketing, or customer success initiatives.
Liaise with internal teams, clients, and partners to facilitate communication and resolve routine issues.

Timings - 10am - 7pm IST
