We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Technical Personal Assistant to provide high-level administrative and technical support to senior executives/teams. The role requires a combination of traditional PA responsibilities with technical aptitude, ensuring seamless coordination, documentation, and use of digital tools to support business operations and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and technical assistance to executives, including managing schedules, emails, and communications.
- Coordinate meetings (in-person and virtual), prepare agendas, record minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Manage documentation, presentations, and reports using tools such as MS Office Suite, Google Workspace, or equivalent platforms.
- Handle data entry, database updates, and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Needs to be technically comfortable (basic IT / setup tasks)
- Can handle laptop setup, Wi-Fi/server basics
- Google Workspace and account management
- Calendar & meeting coordination
- General admin and misc tasks
- Proactive, organized, and reliable
